By Land: (Coming North)
75 North to Exit 136 (Colonial Blvd)
West on Colonial which turns into Veterans Parkway after you go over the Caloosahatchee River and through the toll booth.
West on Pine Island Rd. (78)
South on Stringfellow Rd. (767)
Stringfellow turns into Oleander 8 miles down the street.

By Water:
Access from Pine Island Sound or Matlacha Pass.
Take Red Marker 2 in Matlacha Pass. Remain on canal straight until you need to turn to the North. Two Fish Inn is about 100 yards on left side of canal.
