Each of our suites has a single bedroom that has a set of dishes, pots and pans, bakeware, glasses, utensils, small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, hand mixer, blender). There is a refrigerator with an ice maker, a stove/oven, a microwave and a separate beverage center with a small wine and soda fridge. There are no dishwashers in the suites.

The kitchens are equipped with some basic spices and cooking essentials along with materials for light cleaning. There is a community laundry room with a new commercial grade washing machine and dryer, laundry detergent and other laundry products included. Mops and vacuum cleaners are available for guests to use and are stored in the laundry room. All suites have smart TVs and wifi available for streaming. Linens, bath and beach towels can be found in each suite along with iron, ironing board, hair dryer. Pets will not be allowed.

The boat dock is available for guests to bring their boats (boats must be under 25ft). There is a fish cleaning station with water & power available. Our tiki bar and solar heated pool are available for guests’ use. There is also a propane gas grill available.
